Payments

Payments can be made via Crypto Currency Exchange and PayPal. Fees to be covered by the Client. PayPal Chargebacks are not tolerated.

I do not accept Discord Nitro or any other sort of trade, Exceptions can be made.

Full or 50% payment must be made before any work begins on an agreed project.

Discount will not be provided for new customers.

The Client must specify the content of their commission(s) to the best of their ability. After a description and quote are agreed upon. Major changes to commission(s) may be subject to a price change (i.e removing or adding things) or later finish date.

If the artist (myself) cancels (a) commission(s), they must provide the client with a full refund provided payment has been received.

Refunds may only be issued to the client if the client notifies the artist before the start of commission(s).

Commission(s)

I do not draw anything NSFW, illegal, self-harming, or anything harassing.

Nothing made by myself may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NTF's, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space without notifying me. MANDATORY TO INFORM THE FREELANCER ABOUT THE WORK BEING NFT.

Do not claim my work as your own. I still hold partial copyright of all images produced under my name.

My work must not be resold to anyone unless you have been granted resale rights, including those who may purchase a name it corresponds to. Things ordered by a client remain under my copyright and theirs.

Clients will receive the image file, no source files (PSD, AI, or other) will be provided until resell rights are bought or granted.

Clients are not allowed to refuse the final product after it's been sent. As previews before the final product will be sent.

The artwork may not be edited, altered, or traced without the Artist’s permission unless it has been agreed upon in the Commission Agreement.
